Blog

Hello and welcome!
Let's get straight to the point here, I created this blog because I thought to myself that I really want to read manga and books that were more suited to my age which ended in a way so that I'd feel warm inside (a happy ending) and not something that I'd regret reading later. Believe me, that's happened more than I'd like. I did find some clean manga and books to read thanks to long research and friend recommendations. Then, a thought occurred to me, what if other teens are having the very same problem as me but don't want to go through the very long process of research.
And so this was created!
Straight away giving you a list of stuff you can watch or read but there are three things you must remember 1) You will always find romance, 2) everything you find is meant for teens and 3) There is always a happy ending unless stated otherwise.

For every post except anime you will find the following:

Linked cover picture

This, which is the first thing you'll notice, would be the cover picture. All the cover pictures are linked so when you click on them, they open a new tab to a website. Links will most likely lead you to Amazon (as the links are affiliate links so that I may receive a small commission from your purchases) or another website
where you can find a synopsis for it and more information about it.
Edit: It seems I can't get commissions from that so haha... feel free to use it for other purchases though

Comment

My comments are my own way of doing reviews simply stating what I thought of it and whether it's worth your time. Comments are usually not longer than a few sentences unless I'm trying t explain a particular point.

Rating

A five-star system based on my enjoyment which will be due to these factors:

Romance - How well the romance was, whether it made me giddy, smiling nonstop
Relationships - MC peer and family relations, their relatability to people in real life
Plot - Original plotline, I couldn't predict what was going to happen next, made me want to keep reading
Darkness - The number of deaths, intenseness (can reduce enjoyment)

Age

This defines to what age group you should be, anime is the only category that will not have this system. The reason why anime does not have Age would be because all of them are in fact PG-13. There will only be PG, PG-13 and PG-15 for all categories. Most of everything is PG-13 but there are books that are varied. Those variations are placed into levels(as you will soon see) which show subcategories to the PG- 15 ratings. The PG- 15 Age rating and it's levels are only implemented for books as all the manga and anime are only of PG or PG- 13 ratings

Levels

If something is PG-15 then a level system will be implemented. The way the level system will work is:
Level 1 - There is one line of inappropriateness or non-PG-13 content but, minus that, it's PG-13
Level 2 - There are two points in the book where non-PG-13 moments occur but nothing too sexual
Level 3 - Will also be known as Mature YA. Content that exceeds PG- 13 ratings for segment(s) in the book. Recommended for more mature reader in the 15-16+ category (If you feel that certain books don't belong in this category please note that I was younger at the time of categorising and may have made mistakes so feel free to correct me if I am wrong).

As for books that are beyond level 3, to be considered as 18+, I've decided not to place them on this blog because this blog is meant for books that are for those who are under 18.

Thank you so much for taking your time to read this I hope that you enjoy sticking around.
More updates will come soon!
